Shipping policy

GiardinoFresco.com is an online nursery operated by Giardino Fresco, Inc. You can always reach us with any questions at tony@giardinofresco.com.

Our shipping process starts with ensuring that every plant/item ordered is available and ready to ship. To give an example: you order a few plants and one is a Florida Hass Avocado that is not currently in stock, then we will contact you to see if you wish to wait for the plant to be ready to ship or to select a replacement plant in the same species family.

Once all the plants are ready. We will repot them into 1 gallon nursery containers. We add heat shrink to keep the soil in, add limited water to the pot, bamboo stakes, and honeycomb paper, all to protect your plant. 

We ship Mondays-Thursdays so that all plants arrive their 1-3 days in transit without spending Sunday without moving.

If there is extreme weather, be it extreme rain, heat, or snow shipments will be delayed until weather is judged adequate to ship.
