Broccoli Seeds

This is my favorite microgreen. It is an unexpected delight, because it has a mild broccoli flavor. Even people who do not enjoy fully mature broccoli have congratulated me on how mild and nice this flavor is when added to sandwiches, salads, and even pizza. 

These are ready to harvest in 8-12 days. They germinate nice and easy. I recommend weight pressure for 1-2 days and then they are off to the races.
